With milling capacity for 150 million kilos (330 million of lbs) of grapes and storage of 160 million liters (42 million gallons), we carry out unimpeachable winemaking with constant monitoring, specialized by varieties, fermentation modalities and different techniques that allow us to ensure compliance with our quality protocols and get the maximum satisfaction of our customers.
Our team, composed of recognized, qualified and experienced professionals, has at hand leading technologies in constant progress for a precise and up-to-date oenological analysis from vine to glass.
The fermentation progresses in automated stainless steel tanks under exhaustive temperature control with excellent thermo-fermentation equipment in polyphenol extraction, continuous stabilization and tangential filtrations. In addition, our concentrated juices are the result of careful processes at low temperature in last generation evaporators and aseptic bottling.
Being the owners of one of the largest barrel parks allows us to have our wines aging in more than 6.000 American and French oak barrels with varied toasting which provides them with magnificent aromatic hints allowing our great wines to exhibit their richness, softness, roundness and elegance (oxidative phase).
After aging in our barrels, the wine continues its evolution in the bottle (reductive phase), in our rooms, where, this time due to the absence of oxygen and temperature and humidity control, the wine gains complexity and reaches its maximum expression.
Crianza: Wines of at least 2 years (> 6 months in oak barrels).
Reserve wines: Of at least 3 years (> 12 months in oak barrels and 24 months in bottle).
Great Reserve: Of at least 5 years (> 18 months in oak barrels and 42 months in bottle).
Our bottling lines, one of them isobaric, allow bottling different formats from 187ml to 1500ml, with an efficiency of 24.000 bottles / hour. We also offer certain products in Bag in Box format.
